Cozy apartment for 2 people in a quiet area by the metro station. The apartment consists of two rooms (one of them with a kitchen) and a bathroom. It is located in the city center in a recently renovated building. The building is surrounded by a very calm, green area. Despite this location, the apartment is very close to the subway (Ratusz Arsenał station) - about 150 m. The apartment is equipped with common, necessary equipment. There is wireless internet connection Wifi in the entire aparment. The apartment has a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc.

Interior
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a very large wardrobe along the room's wall. The living room has a sofa, TV with satellite channels and Wifi. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances and cooking utensils. A microwave is available for guests. The washing machine is also placed in the kitchen segment. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and a bathtub with the possibility of switching to a shower.

The apartment is located in a renovated building in Śródmieście, very close to the first metro line - Ratusz Arsenał station (distance ca. 150m). Despite the central location, the apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. From this point it is very close to the Old Town - one of the most visited places in Warsaw - as well as other tourist attractions. There is a Biedronka supermarket nearby.

We reach the Central Railway Station in about 7 minutes.

- To collect the keys, we invite you to our office, located at Warecka 11 street.

- In the case of check-in after 20:00, please contact us in advance because we need to arrange the way of handing over the keys.
- For arrivals after 20:00, an additional fee of PLN 50 applies.
- The apartment is completely non-smoking, pets are not allowed, as well as the curfew between 22:00 and 6:00.
