A luxurious apartment for 2 with a private underground garage in the very center of Warsaw. It consists of a bedroom, a spacious living room with kitchen, hall, bathroom and balcony. The apartment is equipped with the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay and access to a high-speed WiFi connection. The tenement house is perfectly situated, which results in peace and quiet, despite its central location. Downstairs in the building there are cafes and restaurants.

Interior

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a hall and a balcony. The bedroom has a comfortable, wide bed, a large wardrobe with a mirror. The wall behind the bed is finished with a very pleasant material, and on it, next to the bed, there are bedside tables and switches that allow for electric control of the curtains. The curtains are fully blackout. The living room has a sofa, armchair and coffee table. Opposite there is a cabinet where TV is installed. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric kettle, microwave and all utensils needed for cooking. In this part, there is a table with four chairs. From the living room there is an exit to the balcony overlooking a nice and quiet street. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with a cupboard with drawers (one of them has a socket), mirrors and a toilet. There is a very large wardrobe in the hall. There is a washing machine in one part. There is also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is located in the very center of Warsaw, at Koszykowa street, next to Plac Konstytucji and Hala Koszyki - place with interesting dining options. There is also a cafe and several restaurants in the building where the apartment is located. All shops and service points are at your fingertips.

You can move around the center on foot, approx. 10 minutes to the Centrum metro station or Politechnika metro station, approx. 15 minutes to the Central Railway Station.

-The apartment is non-smoking, no pets are allowed, the quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00.
