Interior
The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen and a separate niche for the bedroom part, large bathroom and a huge wooden terrace. The apartment also has a parking lot in the underground garage. The living room has a double sofa bed and TV (hanged on the wall opposite) with cable channels. The room has a separate bedroom niche with a comfortable double bed measuring 160x200cm and a large built-in wardrobe. The niche is separated by neat-looking curtains. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven with microwave function, a full-size fridge, stovetop and utensils needed for cooking. The bathroom is decorated in gray colors and is quite spacious, which is caused by a large mirror. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

Location
The apartment is located in Mokotów at the intersection of Chełmska and Bobrowiecka streets where the Academic Center od Medicine is located. The apartment is located in a complex of newly constructed buildings, therefore the apartment is quiet because the windows overlook to the inner courtyard. Mokotów is a peaceful and green area. Near the apartment is Warsaw's most-visited park - Łazienki Królewskie.

The nearest bus stop from which the bus 131 leaves to the city center is located 500 m from the apartment - approx. 5 min. walk. The bus ride to the center takes 20 minutes and the bus leaves every 5 minutes. It is the most convenient to walk to the Łazienki Park.

In case of check-in after 20:00, please contact us in advance because we need to arrange a method of handing over the keys. A surcharge of 50 PLN applies for arrivals after 20:00.

The apartment is non-smoking, no pets are allowed, the quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00.
