Interior
The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, separate kitchen, hall, bathroom and balcony. The bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe, built-in chest of drawers and a bedside table with a lamp. The living room has two fold-out sofas, a coffee table and a TV. The living room has an exit to the balcony. In the kitchen you will find a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and electric kettle, as well as a table with chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and sink. There is a washing machine in a separate utility room.
Location
The apartment is located in a green and charming area, right next to the Royal Łazienki Park and the Botanical Garden. In just a 15-minute walk we can reach important facilities such as the Stodoła club, where numerous concerts are organized, as well as the Pole Mokotowskie metro station. Within a radius of several hundred meters there are numerous embassies (including Russia, Denmark, India) and important government administration centers (including ABW), universities and the CFP Conference Center. There are numerous cafes and restaurants, as well as shops and services in the immediate vicinity. Within 200 - 300 meters: Polish food, Pizza Hut, KFC, Green Cafe Nero, Stokrotka supermarket, Rossmann store, Syryjka (vegan cuisine), Asian cuisine restaurants, kebab bars and others.
