A comfortable apartment with a balcony for 4 people at the border of Ochota and Śródmieście. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all household appliances allowing for a comfortable stay. The apartment has free access to WiFi and cable TV. The apartment is conveniently located with easy access to the center of Warsaw - the walk will take about 20 minutes, and the tram will take less than 10 minutes.

Interior
The flat consists of a separate bedroom and a living room with kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a desk with a chair for comfortable work. The living room has a sofa bed, a two-seater sofa, a coffee table and a table with four chairs. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with the most-needed appliances (cooking utensils, dishwasher, kettle, toaster). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, as well as towels, hair shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

The apartment is located in Ochota, Aleje Jerozolimskie, which is the main street in Warsaw leading to the city center. Walk about 20 minutes, by tram less than 10min.

- In the case of check-in after 20:00, please contact us in advance because we need to arrange the way of handing over the keys.
- For arrivals after 20:00, an additional fee of PLN 50 applies.
- The apartment is completely non-smoking, pets are not allowed, as well as the curfew between 22:00 and 6:00.
