Quiet apartment with a balcony for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom, living room, separate kitchen and bathroom. It is well equipped what allows for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with basic accessories, including plates and cups for children. In the lounge there is TV with cable channels and fast WiFi connection in entire apartment. It is located in Ochota, in a very quiet area. The Hala Banacha bazaar and the Children's Clinical Hospital of Polikarp Brudzinski are very close.

Interior

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamps and a wardrobe with hangers. The living room has a double convertible sofa, a table with chairs, a wardrobe and a TV with cable channels. The living room opens onto a balcony. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a refrigerator, a gas cooker with an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle and a dishwasher. All dishes, plates, cups, etc. are available for use by guests. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and washing machine. Guests have at their disposal an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Location

The apartment is located in Ochota, in a very quiet area, yet close to the main streets of Warsaw, which are perfectly connected with the city (Grójecka, Żwirki i Wigury). Nearby is the Hala Banacha market with retail and service points. Near the Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Warsaw and the Children's Clinical Hospital of Polikarp Brudziński

- Early check-in is only possible by prior arrangement.
- To pick up the keys, we invite you to our office, located at Warecka 11 street.
- In case of check-in after 20:00, please contact us in advance because we need to determine the method of handing over the keys.
- For arrivals after 20:00 there is an additional fee of 50 PLN.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking, no pets are allowed, and the quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00.
