Spacious apartment with a balcony for two people. It's located in a modern housing estate right next to the entrance to the station of the 1st metro line - metro Szwedzka. It consists of one room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Guests can use a private parking space in the garage. An excellent location from which you can quickly get around the most important places in Warsaw: the National Stadium (2 metro stations), the Copernicus Science Center, the Old Town, and the center of Warsaw.

Interior

The apartment consists of one large room with a kitchen, bathroom (area 33 sq. meters) and balcony. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs, a very spacious wardrobe and a TV with cable channels. The kitchen is completely equipped. It has an induction hob, kettle, hood, oven, dishwasher and a full-size fridge with freezer. In addition, you will find dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a toilet.

Location

The apartment is located in the modern Bohema housing estate, right next to the entrance to the metro station - metro Szwedzka. The estate is located in Praga-Północ, in the developing part of this historic district. Near the apartment there is the Municipal Zoo (1.5 km), ideal for family walks. Right next to the estate there is the Praga Centrum concert hall and within walking distance there is Ząbkowska Street, famous for its numerous cafes, bars and restaurants, and the Koneser Center, where you can visit, among others: Polish Vodka Museum. The proximity of the metro stop (Szwedzka) expands the area of attractions available within a few minutes to include the Old Town, the National Stadium, the Copernicus Science Center and the center of Warsaw.
