Cosy apartment for 6 people with a terrace and a view of the mountain range. Located in the town of Ratułów, next to Zakopane in the Mulice hamlet, at an altitude of 820 above sea level. It is a picturesquely situated town with a view of the Tatra Mountains, Babia Góra and Podhale at the foot of the Western Tatras, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with the possibility of communing with the Podhale nature and highlander tradition.

Apartment located on the ground floor with an area of approx. 63 m2. It consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a full kitchenette. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a fold-out sofa for two people. The living room has a leather lounge set (a fold-out sofa bed plus two armchairs). The apartment has an exit to the terrace belonging to the apartment, with an area of 8 m2, from which there is a view of Giewont and the Western Tatras.
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, tableware and all necessary kitchen accessories.
The living room has a fold-out leather sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a corner table, a kitchen table with six chairs, Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV Samsung, 2 lamps.

Location
The villa is located in a picturesque location in the Czarny Dunajec commune, in the heart of Podhale, just a dozen or so kilometers from Zakopane (approx. 20 minutes by car). This place combines the charm of a mountain landscape with access to numerous tourist attractions in the region.
