Spacious and cosy apartment for 8 people with a terrace and a view of the mountain range. Located in the town of Ratułów, next to Zakopane in the Mulice hamlet, at an altitude of 820 above sea level. It is a picturesquely situated town with a view of the Tatra Mountains, Babia Góra and Podhale at the foot of the Western Tatras, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with the possibility of communing with the Podhale nature and highlander tradition.
Interior
Three-level apartment (ground floor, first floor and mezzanine) with an area of approx. 71 m2 + 31 m2 mezzanine. It consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a full kitchenette. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160x200 cm). The living room has a leather lounge set (a sofa bed plus a sofa and an armchair). On the first floor, from the hall, there is an exit to the terrace belonging to the apartment, from which there is a view of Giewont and the Western Tatras. The mezzanine is equipped with 4 single beds 90x200 cm.
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, tableware and all necessary kitchen accessories.
The living room has a wooden wardrobe, a fold-out leather sofa, a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a kitchen table with seven chairs, a kitchen table with 2 chairs, Wi-Fi internet, a Samsung Smart TV, 2 lamps and a floor lamp.
Bedroom 1: a double bed (160x200 cm), two bedside tables, two bedside lamps, a wardrobe, two wicker armchairs and a table.

The villa is located in a picturesque location in the Czarny Dunajec commune, in the heart of Podhale, just a dozen or so kilometers from Zakopane (approx. 20 minutes by car). This place combines the charm of a mountain landscape with access to numerous tourist attractions in the region.
