Cosy apartment for 4 people with a terrace and a view of the mountain range. Located in the town of Ratułów, next to Zakopane in the Mulice hamlet, at an altitude of 820 above sea level. It is a picturesquely situated town with a view of the Tatra Mountains, Babia Góra and Podhale at the foot of the Western Tatras, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with the possibility of communing with the Podhale nature and highlander tradition.
Interior
The apartment is located on the ground floor with an area of approx. 40 m2. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with a full kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and two single beds. In the living room there is a leather corner sofa bed. The apartment has an exit to the terrace belonging to the apartment, with an area of 25 m2, from which there is a view of Giewont and the Western Tatras.
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and all necessary kitchen accessories. The living room has a fold-out leather corner sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, kitchen table with 6 chairs, WiFi internet, Smart TV Samsung, 1 lamp. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and two single beds, three bedside tables, three bedside lamps, wardrobe, two chairs and a table. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, radiator, towels, hair dryer, washer-dryer.
In spring and summer, the terrace is equipped with a rocking chair and two wicker armchairs with a table.
The apartment has electric heating.
Location
The villa is located in a picturesque location in the Czarny Dunajec commune, in the heart of Podhale, just a dozen or so kilometers from Zakopane (approx. 20 minutes by car). This place combines the charm of a mountain landscape with access to numerous tourist attractions in the region.

Chochołów: Known for its historic wooden buildings and Chochołowskie thermal baths, it offers relaxation in thermal pools and the opportunity to learn about local culture.
Hiking trails: There are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area, including the red Chochołowski Uprising trail, leading from Gubałówka to Chochołów.
There is a fenced, free, unguarded parking lot and a playground for children on the property.
