The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a hall and a balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The living room has a corner sofa bed (sleeping for two people), a chest of drawers, a TV with cable channels and a table with chairs. From the living room you can go out to a balcony overlooking a quiet street and greenery. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, toilet and a sink with a mirror. The apartment also has a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and a laundry dryer.
Location
The apartment is located in the Targówek district of Warsaw, on the guarded Zielone Zacisze estate. The neighborhood is very nice and green, because a few hundred meters from the apartment is the Bródnowski forest - perfect for relaxing walks. There are shops within the estate. There are other service points and restaurants across the street. A dozen or so minutes walk to Atrium Targówek, where the Shopping Mall, Multikino cinema, gym and many other shops are located.
Public transport
In front of the building there is a metro station Kondratowicza. For guests traveling by car, a private parking space in the underground garage is available.

In case of check-in after 20:00, please contact us in advance because we need to arrange a method of handing over the keys. A surcharge of 50 PLN applies for arrivals after 20:00.
The apartment is non-smoking, no pets are allowed, the quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00.
