It has a dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob, electric kettle and cooking utensils. There is access to the balcony from the living room. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin with a mirror, as well as a washing machine.

The apartment is located in a quiet housing estate in Wilanów, near the Palace of King Jan III Sobieski. The Royal Garden is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Wilanów's infrastructure (numerous shops, cafes and restaurants nearby) makes it a good place for both short and longer stays.

-For reservations that include New Year's Eve, a refundable damage deposit of PLN 500 is required.
-Standard check-in is from 15:00. Early check-in is only possible by prior arrangement.
-If check-in after 20:00, please contact us in advance as we need to arrange how to hand over the keys. For arrivals after 20:00 there is an additional fee of PLN 50.
-Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the apartment, as well as night silence from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
